You can change your personal information on the various pages that can be found under 'Welcome (name)'. Here you will find the following information:
- Personal information: here you can change your salutation, name and telephone number. In addition, you can also indicate here whether you agree with the general terms and conditions regarding VMP (if applicable).
- E-mail adress: do you have a new e-mail address? It can be adjusted via this page, so that the mail traffic can go through your current address.
- Password: your password can be changed via this page.
Of course it is possible! We understand that perhaps not only you, but also your colleagues place orders via the webshop. Everyone has the possibility to place orders by their own account. How you create an account is explained by your digital assistant Amalia. Click on Amalia at the bottom left of your screen. With the buttons 'Own management' and 'Add an employee', Amalia explains how you can manage this step by step .
This is also possible! By clicking on 'Company settings' in the top right and then on 'Company overview', you will see a page of your company and your customers. By clicking on your company name you will be taken to a page where all users can be managed. If you have administrator rights, you can view users, edit data, reset passwords, and disable users.
It is possible to grant two types of user rights to your colleagues, namely 'Administrator' and 'Buyer'. An administrator has access to company settings and invoices. A buyer does not have access to this. Orders can be placed through both user rights. Each user can also manage their own favourites list.
As an administrator, it is possible to manage margins for your customers. By clicking on 'Company settings' you will get an overview of your company and your possible customers. Here you can adjust the margins in the input fields.
